shipped within three business days. If
we can not ship your order within that time,
our customer service department will notify
you via email. As soon as your
order ships, you will receive an email
direct from UPS or USPS with a tracking number. If you have any

and International deliveries will be shipped via USPS.

UPS ground shipping will be $5.95.
If your total purchase is $25.00 - $49.99,

If your total purchase is $50.00 - $74.99,

If your total purchase is $75.00+, UPS
ground shipping is FREE with the
Continental US only.

Returns
and Exchanges
Urban Apothecary will gladly exchange or
give store credit for merchandise
that is returned within 30 days of purchase
with a receipt, all original tags, and in
sellable condition. Limited editions, web
specials, and all sale or discontinued
merchandise are non-returnable.
Please return the product, in its
original packaging and shipping materials, along with a completed
exchange
form. We recommend (for your
protection) that you send your return via
FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. We are
not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return shipping & handling fees are not
refundable. We are
not responsible for lost and/or damaged return shipments
Refunds
Once
your return is processed, you will be
credited the price of the products less
original shipping & handling costs. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. Orders which
originally received a qualifying promotion,
such as a "free shipping offer", will have
the appropriate adjustments made to any
refund due. Items returned without original
packaging may be subject to a restocking
fee. Refunds will always be issued to the
same credit card to which they were charged
and will be processed within 30 days of
receipt of your return.
Products
purchased through urbanapothecary.com may
not be returned / exchanged at any retail
location which sells Urban Apothecary
cosmetics.
We will not provide
any refunds on used products, returned products
damaged in transit, samples, sale, discontinued
items or items not returned within 30 days
of purchase.
